Cancellation Policy
Because this is a private, appointment-only studio, your time is held exclusively for you.
A 50% non-refundable deposit will be required to reserve all appointments.
• A valid card on file is required for booking
• Deposit is applied toward your final service total
• Appointments are not secured without a deposit
• A 12-hour notice is required to cancel or reschedule
• Cancellations made within 12 hours will result in forfeiture of the 50% deposit
• No-shows will forfeit 50% deposit.
• Future bookings after a no-show may result in being banned from future bookings
